About Sealmark Group Inc

Service that honors the seal.

Sealmark Group was built on the conviction that notarization is more than a stamp. It is a quiet act of trust. Every signing is a moment in someone's life: a closing, an inheritance, a power of attorney, a child's first passport.

We meet that moment with the care and discretion it deserves.

Frequently Asked

Questions, answered.

What's the difference between in-person and Remote Online Notarization?

In-person notarization requires you and the notary to be physically present together. Remote Online Notarization (RON) is a fully legal, secure process where notarization happens over an encrypted audio-video connection. Useful when travel, mobility, or distance is a factor. New York permits RON for most document types. We'll confirm before booking.

What identification do I need to bring?

A current, government-issued photo ID such as a driver's license, passport, state ID, or military ID. The name on the document should match the name on your ID. If you're unsure, mention it when you book and we'll guide you.

Can you notarize at hospitals or care facilities?

Yes. We regularly serve clients at hospitals, rehabilitation centers, hospices, and assisted living facilities. The signer must be lucid, communicative, and signing of their own free will. We'll discuss any specific circumstances when scheduling.

How long does an apostille take?

Standard apostille processing in New York typically takes 2 to 3 weeks. We offer expedited handling when timelines are tight. Full timing depends on the document type and the destination country.

Do you handle loan signings?

Yes. We work as a Loan Signing Agent for title companies, signing services, lenders, and individual borrowers, and we carry Errors & Omissions insurance. We handle refinances, purchases, HELOCs, reverse mortgages, and seller packages.
